Melania's Saudi Style
On her first trip to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with President Trump, Melania could be seen in her own interpretation of the modest dress code of the Islamic nation. She disembarked the plane on Friday in a black seventies inspired jumpsuit by Stella McCartney. The look features "disco-era details" as Vogue put it, with a wide leg silhouette, key hole cut out, and cuffed sleeves. The black look of the jumpsuit is thought to call to one's mind the traditional abaya of Saudi Arabia, but the First Lady was able to add two particularly eye catching pieces: an 80's inspired gold oversized python belt by Saint Laurent and a chunky, chain link necklace, both flashy Trump hallmarks. Jumpsuits are nothing new to Melania however, and this style has become increasingly common in her closet.
